Alison Eastwood was born on May 22,
1972, in Carmel, California. She is the daughter of swimsuit model Maggie
Johnson and filmmaker Clint Eastwood. When she was 18, in 1990, Eastwood
moved to Santa Barbara to study acting. She had previously won some
professional acting roles during her childhood and preadolescent years
(thanks to her father).
In 1984, Eastwood garnered some positive attention for her performance in
that year's Tightrope. She has since appeared in many notable films
including, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil (1997), Black and White
(1998), Breakfast of Champions (1999) and Poolhall Junkies (2002).
In addition to acting, Eastwood has worked as a runway and print model in
Paris, posing for several European fashion magazines and Vogue. She also
found herself in the media spotlight after she posed nude in the February
2003 issue of Playboy.
Eastwood created and owns her own clothing line, called the Eastwood
Ranch. |
